We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Access is restricted to employees and contractors who need the information to provide services.

How does Federated Mortgage Services collect my personal information?

We collect personal information when you:

• Apply for a loan
• Provide income and asset documentation
• Authorize us to pull your credit
• Communicate with us about your loan or account

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

• Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
• Affiliates from using your information to market to you
• Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
• State laws and individual companies may give you more rights to limit sharing.

Definitions

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. We do not share with affiliates.

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. We do not share with nonaffiliates.

Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies to jointly market financial products. We do not participate in joint marketing.
