TCPA & Contact Consent Disclosure

Consent to Contact and Communication Policy

Notwithstanding any prior election to opt in or out of receiving telemarketing calls, emails, or SMS messages, by submitting your information to Federated Mortgage Services, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling or messaging on our behalf for any purpose relating to your inquiry, application, loan, account, or any related services.

You agree that we may contact you in any manner permitted by law, including but not limited to:

• Phone calls, including those using an automated telephone dialing system (autodialer) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages
• SMS text messages, including through automatic texting systems
• Email communications, using any email address you have provided or may provide in the future

We may contact you at the phone numbers and email addresses you submit, or that we may reasonably associate with you through means such as caller ID, skip tracing, or public databases. This contact may include communications about your loan application, account status, documentation requests, marketing offers, educational content or other related matters.

Recorded Communications and Quality Assurance

You acknowledge and agree that phone calls may be monitored or recorded for training, verification, or quality assurance purposes, as permitted by applicable law. This includes calls between you and any representative of Federated Mortgage Services.

Your Representations

By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You reside in the United States
• You are not currently registered on a national or state Do Not Call list
• You are the account holder (or have the authority from the holder) for the phone numbers and email addresses you provide
• You will promptly notify us if any of your contact information changes or is reassigned to another party
• You understand message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
• Certain mobile or email features may be unavailable in some areas or carriers

Right to Revoke Consent

You may opt out of certain communications at any time:

• Text Messages: Reply “STOP” to opt out of SMS communications
• Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email
• Phone: Request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list by speaking with a representative or calling our main line

Your consent remains valid unless and until it is revoked using one of the methods described above. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of communications sent prior to withdrawal.

Your Consent Is Binding and Retroactive

Your consent serves as your express written agreement to receive electronic and telephonic communications from us, and applies retroactively to prior communications made under a business or inquiry relationship.
